CAD TECHNICIAN/DESIGNER
CAD Technicians & Designers produce construction plans and technical drawings for commercial site development projects. Job tasks consist of drafting redlines and preparing site, drainage, grading, erosion control, horizontal control, demolition, stormwater, and utility plans. CAD Designers will specify dimensions, materials and procedures, and fill in technical details using drawings, rough sketches, specifications, and calculations previously made by engineers and surveyors.
Requirements for this position include:
- Minimum of two years experience in Civil Engineering using AutoCAD R2000, R2004, or R2005
- Knowledge of Softdesk/Land Development Desktop is a plus
- Experience drafting/designing on commercial retail site development projects
