DESIGN ENGINEER


Design Engineers are responsible for the work associated with technical calculations, reports, design and coordination of civil engineering site work and transportation projects. Design Engineers are involved with various elements of site design which may include Erosion Control, Grading, Drainage, Sewer, Water, Storm water and Franchise Utilities.

Requirements for this position include:
  • BS in Civil Engineering
  • Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification
  • Minimum two years experience in Civil Engineering
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD including Softdesk/Land Development Desktop
  • Experience using Stormshed, WWHM
  • Experience with: cost estimating, site planning, permitting in local counties, and storm/sewer/water design
  • Experience drafting/designing on commercial retail site development projects
  • A personal commitment to excellence
