PROJECT MANAGER
Project Managers manage commercial site development projects, lead design and entitlement efforts, develop project schedules, perform workload forecasting, prepare proposals, attend client meetings, coordinate with clients and sub-consultants, market the firm’s services, manage project budgets, and manage staff and project teams. Project Managers are responsible for reviewing all project documents, technical calculations, reports, and plans to confirm their accuracy.
Requirements for this position include:
- BS in Civil Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
- Experience managing groups of 3-4 individuals for permitting of private development projects
- Minimum six years experience in Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of AutoCAD including Softdesk/Land Development Desktop
- Experience using Stormshed, WWHM
- Experience with: cost estimating, site planning, permitting in local counties, and storm/sewer/water design
- Experience drafting/designing on commercial retail site development projects
